HOW TO TURN OFF ALARM SYSTEM .. BEEN IN STORAGE 4 MONTHS,
BATTERY DEAD, WHEN JUMPED, SECURITY ALARM ACTIVATES, CAR WON'T START.  HELP!!!

Hi Tom,
The disarm function is usually accomplished via unlocking a door (either one, try both doors). Do a lock/then unlock. If that doesn't work, then once the battery is fully charged, try removing fuse #5 under the dash for about a half hour, then reinstall and try to start it. If no go, then try both door lock/unlock. Then if that all doesn't work we can try doing the lock/unlock at the body control module, just in case the wires from the doors are severed by fatigue. There is no easy way to disconnect the alarm, it is wired into the body control module. We have to get around it.
