Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler T & C alarm malfunction, any way to disable?, power door locks, good ole days

Question
Recently my alarm system has not been disarming which then won't allow me to start my vehicle.  After about 4 tries it doesn't even turn over. I play with the door locks and the remote and eventually it starts right up again.  Is there a way to disarm the alarm altogether?  Now I've resorted to not locking my vehicle at all and would like to just get rid of the anti-theft system.

There is no easy way to disconnect the alarm system because it is part of a complex body computer rather than a separate module. So that option is not available. Other than not using the power door locks or keys or remote, but rather just using the interior push buttons to lock the door there is no easy solution. But if you use the mechanical push buttons (like the good ole days) you can lock the van without setting the alarm at all.
