turnsignals,brake lights do not work on drivers side.flash rate very fast on dash when signal control is used.sockets ,ok.pc board checked out ok.am getting voltage,12 volts,from wiring harness to p.c. board.checked out bulbs and their ok..

Hi Terry,
I would check the ground wire connections for the driver side rear assembly. If the ground was loose/corroded that would produce non-function rapid blink rate, just as if a bulb were burned out. Check the black wire all the way from the plug at the assembly to the ground point which is centered, under the trunk lid opening, on the body.
