Chrysler Repair: No start after hot soak, (again), chrysler sebring, valve models

Question
A few days back you suggested that I change my EGR valve in my 97 Chrysler Sebring 2.5L. I did so and called you the Chrysler Guru. It worked perfect for the last week. Today though, right back to the same starting problem. However, this time, when I am able to get it running, it idles smoothly and runs great. Additionally the exhaust smells right, instead of overly sweet.

I did not use a scanner to read the codes, however I did use the blinking MIL to determine a rough idea. I received the following codes:
12- Battery Disconnect
27- Injector control circut.
Those were also present last time, but had been cleared by a mechanic along the way (Not Me!)

Additionally  this time I received code
32- EGR system failure, or control circut

I checked my installation of the valve, hoses and wires. All appears intact and appropriate.

I'm not sure if it will continue to do so, but when I am able to get a hot start out of it, it seems to only come after a 2-3 second crank with the throttle wide open, stop cranking, close the throttle, and restart. Fired right off each time. (Only 2-3 test starts like that have been done.)

Faulty EGR valve? Bad wiring?

Sorry I still need help.

Answer
both are possible  yes

SUBJECT:
Rough Idle, Hard Start, Start & Stall
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves installing a revised EGR valve.
MODELS:
1995 - 2000 (JA) Breeze/Cirrus/Stratus
1996 - 2000 (JX) Sebring Convertible
NOTE: THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 2.5L ENGINE.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Vehicle may intermittently exhibit any of the following conditions:
• Rough engine idle.
• Hard start or long crank after hot soak.
• Start and stall when started with cold engine.
• Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0300, Multiple Cylinder Mis-fire.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using the Diagnostic Scan Tool (DRB III®) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures,
verify all engine/transmission systems are functioning as designed. If other DTC’s are
present, record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding
further with this bulletin. If the condition(s) can be duplicated or is described by
the customer, it may be caused by the EGR valve being stuck partially open. To
confirm whether or not the valve is stuck partially open:
1. If the condition(s) can be duplicated, then block off the EGR passageway to the
intake manifold. If the condition(s) disappear, but will reappear when the EGR
passageway is re-opened, perform the Repair Procedure.
2. If the condition(s) cannot be duplicated, but are described by the
customer, perform the Repair procedure.
