Chrysler Repair: headlight aiming screws: 99 LHS, adjustment screws, headlight bulbs

my local mechanic told me after replacing by headlight bulbs on my 1999 lhs that the adjustment screws to aim the headlights were "almost" broken. are these a part of the housing or the headlight.. do they come with a new/replacement housing.

Hi Brian,
The shop manual doesn't show this in detail but it appears that the screws are not part of the housing but rather are involved in the housing mounting. So I don't believe that you need a new bulb or housing but rather the adjusters only. I would check with the parts desk at a Chrysler dealer. I have the manual pages that show where the ajusters are and how to do the alignment.
