Chrysler Repair: 2000 Sebring noise (like belt or low power steering), crank pulley, sebring lx

Question
The Sebring Lx has a 6 cly engine and has a sound exactly like low power steering fluid on other cars I have owned. The difference is it isn't tied to the movement of the steering wheel. Maybe the sound is also as if the tranny fluid was low. I can't tell if it is a idler bearing noise, or belt noise etc.. Have any educated guesses? the PS reservoir is full and tranny seems correctly full. It originates near the belt and accessory side of the engine. It is a whine like a low fluid noise. I hear an AUDI with a similar noise in a parking lot and have no idea if a worn belt can cause it or where to start. I have no stethoscope to try and pinpoint the sound.

Second question: going over bumps it seems like a suspension bushing is loose or missing. There is a clunk that sounds like under the foot of the passenger. Is there a common problem with any body bushings, or suspension sub frame bushings making noise after 93K miles? I have only had the car 1 year. It isn't the jounce bumper since the bumps are minor to make the noise. I don't have access to a lift, which I would need to go under and shake everything to get a better look.

Answer
1 try spraying your belt with some silicon spray or something down those lines while its making the noise if the noise goes away you know you have a belt or pulley problem while you have the belt off if thats where the problem is spin each pulley except crank pulley make sure each one spins freely and free of noise and no visual inspection of al;lot of rust if so you might need a pulley also check for any play in the pulleys.

2 I cant say for sure on suspension noise but maybe you have a bad strut tower or mount
