Chrysler Repair: 2003 concorde 3.5l crank position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, crankshaft sensor

the problem i am having is the car will all of a sudden stall on a downshift and when put on a code scanner it is coming up with an intermittent crank/cam position sensor now i have ordered a new crank position sensor hopefully that will fix it what i need to know is where on the car it would be front of the block back of the block left side right side that sort of thing thank you for all your help

REMOVAL
The crankshaft sensor is located on the passengers side of the transmission housing, above the differential housing. The bottom of the sensor sits above the drive plate.

Disconnect electrical connector from crankshaft position sensor.
Remove sensor mounting screw. Remove sensor.
