Chrysler Repair: Van wont turn off, question thanks, remote starter

QUESTION: My wife just pulled in with our 2002 Town and Country van; it will not shut off. The key is out of the ignition - any suggestions?

ANSWER: possible ign switch for now  pull a fuse or relay.

QUESTION: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The ign switch is okay - could it be the remote starter? If so, how difficult is it to disable?

It has to be an aftermarket remote start system because Chrysler did not start to put them in the vans until 04 if that is the case then I will be able to help u out due to the fact that it is aftermarket and I have no idea how they have it wired into the van.
