Chrysler Repair: 2005 Chrysler 300C engine light stays on,, engine oil pressure, oil pressure switch

Question
I am getting code P0520 "engine oil pressure sensor/switch circuit malfuntion". I am using an OBD II PocketScan Code Reader. I reset the code and after about 15 miles of driving, the engine light comes back on and stays on. The car has about 48,000 miles on it. Should I replace the oil pressure switch. I noticed the problem after a very recent oil change at one of the popular drive through oil change franchises. I went and had another oil change after about 1500 miles of driving and no change, the light stays on.
