Chrysler Repair: Chrysler Pacifica 2004 Dash light flashing, fuse box, chrysler pacifica

I bought a used Pacifica 2004 couple months a go, I just love it but my wife experienced 2 times the lights in the dash were flashing and last night even the head lights came off with the dash. I read in a Forum that a lot of peoples had this issue without a fix. Someone suggest to disconnect the positive pole from the batteries for 2 minutes and this would reset the whole thing. Just need to setup the clock and the preset radio station.

Please direct me toward the right direction. I can do a lot of manual work and have electrical degree...

well  u might have a few different issues   the head lights are controlled by the front controller and Fuse box under the hood.
The dash lights are controlled by a BCM inside  so  they could be related  and then again not.  A dealer can scan the 2 computers and see what issues have been stored in there as far has faults.
