Answer
Hi Scott,
I would check the plugs at the body computer which is mounted on the right (passenger side) kick panel, just to the right of the passenger's right leg. It is behind the panel and you need to remove the end cap of the dash next to the door and then peel back the carpet, and then cut a bit of the liner cloth along a dotted line to reveal the computer. The reason I suggest this is that the fuel gauge data and the missing data all go to the cluster from that computer, so that connection is OK. But for some reason the data from the engine controller to the body computer is not arriving there. I suspect that some water from a windshield leak has dripped down on the top of the bone-colored plug and shorted a couple of wires. The engine is running OK, so it is a problem with data not getting from the controller to the body computer on the digital line.
So remove all three plugs and spray all of them and their sockets with electronic circuit board cleaner to evaporate the contaminant. Look closely for and crud. Then see is your gauges all now work.
