Chrysler Repair: 2001 T&C Tail Light, plastic fasteners, fastener

My 2001 T&C has a burned out brake light in the right rear assembly.  The assembly is held by two plastic fasteners.  Do they just get pried out with a screwdriver and do I need to purchase replacement or will they reinsert?  Thanks.

My manuals only go through '99. In those they describe two screws that seem to be reusable. But these appear to be changed according to what you see. I would doubt that these would be a one-time only fastener. If there is a small round center tip, try lifting that out first as it may be a releasing lock. It the cap of the fastener is solid, all you can do is pry from the edge and hope. Maybe call the dealer parts dept. tomorrow and inquire.
