Chrysler Repair: radio problems, radio problems, radio work

My radio only works when I am pressing on the brakes and letting the window up. I thought it was a problem with the radio itself so I bought a new one, but it still does not work. I took it to a mechanic to see if it had a short, but he said he could not detect one. what could be going on?

humm   what part of the radio work when u do that little deal u just said u do to make it work?
Plus  all of those systems are unrelated to each other and should not have any affect on each other.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
