Chrysler Repair: 2001 T & C: Error codes P0455 & P0442; EVAP Emiss. vacuum leak?, vacuum leak detection, vacuum lines

Question
My 3.8L 2001 Town & Country just started running rough, primarily at idle.  It evens out at speed but is not as responsive as it should be.  It has almost 90K miles.  I took it to O'Reilly's and they pulled these codes: P0455 (EVAP Emissions Control - Large leak) & P0442 (EVAP Emissions Control - Small leak).
I thought this would be relatively straight forward and started tracing vacuum lines from the intake manifold.  I reviewed the vacuum line diagram on the top of the core support and went to the public library to get a copy of the Chilton's manual for this van.
I started off by gently squeezing the rubber vacuum lines on-by-one with the engine running to see if the engine would respond and verified that all lines do appear to be connected.  No improvement.  I tried to do this near the intake manifold port for each line as well as the near the end of each line (as well as check for loose fittings), so now I think there may be a proble in the middle of the line(s).  Gee whiz, there are a lot of bends and convolutions to the lines.  I went under the van and tried to see if anything obvious was wrong with the (from the Chilton's manual) Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump (NVLDP) and the Leak Detection Pump (LDP).  I guess I will have to take these items out for inspection and carelully label all the hoses ... but this is getting way more complicated.
Am I on the right track that this is really probably in the emissions vacuum system or could this be an EGR valve issue, etc?  On balance, this appears to be relatively simple ... but it is not turning out to be.  I was hoping there would be some test I could do myself to tell if I sm on the right track.
I also have a question about power windows in these vans that stop working in the middle of operation (up or down).  this second issue is not as pressing, but if you have other comments or direction, that would be appreciated.  I had one person tell me that there may be a relay problem in or with the power window motor/circuit.
Thanks for your help.

Answer
the leaks u are looking for for the small is no bigger then a .020 of an inch  as small as a pin head.  Any crack will cause this. Possible that the LDP  could do this as well. The window issue  hold the switch up or down and smack the door panel.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
