Chrysler Repair: 1989 Lebaron no crank, wipers. or turn signals, turn signals, starter relay

Question
Hello Roland.  I have a fax also here for papeers you might have.
I really need to answer this.  Most problems don't stump me this much.
1989 lebaron quit running on the road the other night.  Upon stopping the car I could not crank the engine - yet the head lights would work.  The indicators - turn signals won't operate in any position with ignition switch on either.
Again:  head lights operate, no turn signals - good battery and no crank.

1989 lebaron convertible GT Turbo.

Answer
Hi Keith,
It looks to me like either a fusible link (orange) that sends power on a red wire to the ignition switch (pin B) is blown, or that section of the ignition switch is blown which would result in no voltage to fuses 9, 10, and 11 in the run position as well as no starter relay click, if either were the case. You can distinguish the two possibilities:
If the fusible is blown, then you would also not have voltage to fuse 13 either in the run position; if you do have voltage to fuse 13 then it has to be one section of the ignition switch is blown. So check that out and write back with the results.
