Chrysler Repair: flasher, hazard flasher, dodge intrepid

Question
I have a 1996 dodge intrepid and i looked everywhere and i
can not find the flasher anywhere, I read manual and it said it was by the brake peddle but could not find it there,do you have a ideal?

HAZARD FLASHER RELAY
REMOVAL
Located on the left side, between the junction block and the brake pedal Hazard Flasher Relay
Slide hazard-flasher relay rearward to remove from electrical bracket.

it looks like a black box with wires coming out of it.
