Chrysler Repair: 2001 Chrysler Voyager problems, pcm software, voyager problems

Question
QUESTION: 1) The battery light came on recently, which according to the owner's manual means I have low battery voltage.  I just put a new battery in today and had the alternator checked out (it's running normal), but the battery light still comes on.
2)  Also I have dual climate control problems. The passenger side will not blow hot air.  The AC on both sides (driver and passenger) works and the heater on the driver side works.  The passenger side when using the heater blows air but the air is not heated.
3) I replaced the driver and passenger window motors not to long ago.  The passenger window works great still.  The drivers side window stopped working within a month or two after it was replaced.  Is this due to a faulty part or something else?

I replaced the window motor. It was an aftermarket part.

Chrysler has a flash for the batt light  an update for the PCM software.
The ac part  look up front the lower right side of the condenser and see if its wet looking if so u need a new condensor  its leaking and u dont have enough freon in the system to cool down both sides.
