Chrysler Repair: caravan intermittent wipers, multifunction switch, diagnostic chart

Question
My intermittent wipers do not work on my 2000 Grand Caravan. Low & high work fine. I have had the intermittent switch voltage checked at a shop following their diagnostic chart & the switch voltage changed as the switch was rotated. I was told that the BCM was bad. They ordered a new one & installed it, but it did not change the problem.  They also tried a known good multifunction switch and that did not work either. What else could it be?

Answer
where did they get the BCM from a dealer or a used one? The only other thing that would have any relation would be the BCM it self or the multi function switch. Sorry the shop u are at did not do it correctly. I will send u a wire diagram and it will prove that if u have reg wipers then its either the BCM or the multifunction switch    which based off what u said  its the switch even though they say they tried a known good one. The switch sends a mux signal to the bcm over 1 wire.
