Chrysler Repair: 1998 Chyrsler Town & Country, gas gauge, clock spring

My minivan's gas gauge light works intermittently. Also, my overhead console lights, sun visor lights and horn don't work. Are these problems connected and what should I do? Do I need to replace the gas tank just to repair the fuel sensor?

gas gauge light???  u mean the warning light does not come on? have u run out of gas b4? Horn would be 1 of 2 things  the clock spring  which u would also have an air bag light on as well. Or the horns ,wire it self. Have u checked the fuses for the lights yet? there are some under the drive side dash panel.
