Chrysler Repair: 95 Cirrus wont start, computer reset, cam sensor

Question
QUESTION: Hi,
I have been troubleshooting a friend's Cirrus 2.5l that on occasion would die while driving, but used to start right back up.  Now, it will not.  I see that these things happen to these cars often and have tried venturing down the least expensive paths first.  I have replaced the fuelpump relay and the ASD relay, but still nothing from the pump.  The check engine codes read out 12,35.  What are these?  The cam sensor was my initial thought, but I am not the expert on these cars.  The car has spark and will run as long as I dump fuel into the intake.  Not really a good option for the longterm.  My friend is poor, so I hope this is not a terribly expensive fix since I will likely pay for it to help her out.

Thank you for any help that you may provide.

ANSWER: I have no idea what the mil codes are  i need hard p codes to help u out. See if u get power to the fuel pump when u cycle the key  power and ground  if u do then more likely a fuel pump.

QUESTION: mil codes?  p codes?

There does not appear to be power to the pump, or at least I cannot hear it.  Hope its not a dumb question, but would a computer reset help?

ANSWER: mil codes is what u got  the 12,35 the key on off deal.
U cant hear if there is power to the pump  disconnect the connector and check to see if u get power and ground to the pump.  or try this  get some one to hold the key over starting it and u kick the gas tank a few times.

QUESTION: I have tested the wires and there is no power to the pump.  Faulty distributor?  ECU?  Crank or cam position sensor?  Or do those cut spark only?  The car will run on fuel poured into the intake.

Answer
U are getting ahead of your self on this  Faulty distributor?  ECU?  Crank or cam position sensor?    is all a different system fix what u know is broken or so u think. Did u use a test light at the fuel pump connector correct? Dark Green White wire no power? if that is correct then check fuse 8 20 amps and fuse 10 10 amps under the hood. Also swap around the fuel pump relay with something that is not used for running or starting the car  like a wiper relay.
Once that has been checked and no change use what ever jump the relay with a wire and make the pump run see if u start then and then we knows its a computer issue  or connector or wire on the control side.
