where is located the rollover relief button on a 1995 chrysler Le Baron.the fuel pump is not getting juiece ,checked fuses relay all fine.the transmission broke ,the broken pieces locked the fly wheel.I replaced the trasmission freed the fly wheel .It cranks enough but it wont run,I spread starting fuel on the air filter to make sure it was sparking it did run but without it doesnot

Answer
Hi Juan,
The fact that you have spark is good which means the autoshutdown relay is closing. To activate the feul pump relay, the dark blue/yellow wire on the activation coil of the relay has to be grounded by pin 51 of the PCM, and the dark blue wire at the relay has to have 12V on it, which it should have all the time. The red/white wire at the fuel pump relay should have 12V on it while cranking, and it should pass that 12V to the fuel pump on the dark green/black wire. So I would try to see if the fuel pump is working by jumping 12V from the battery to dark green/black wire at the fuel pump relay socket, and if it works, then verify that it gets 12V on the wire from the relay when you put it back in the socket and try to start it.
Let me know what you observe. There is no rollover relief button as such, rather the ASD relay will shut off the power to the fuel pump relay coil AND the spark coil if the engine shuts down due to an accident.
The starter relay is the outside one in the power distribution center under the hood. Next to it is the ASD and then the next one is the fuel pump relay.
