Chrysler Repair: 2001 town and country heater fan, communication issue, body control module

Question
Hello. When I turn my heater or ac off the fans runs continuously on high with no control. Even with power control off, the fan still runs. Any ideas?

I'm presuming this is an automatic temp control system.It sounds as though the control haed has lost communication with the body control module.You can try to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if it resets it self.It probably won't and you may have to take it to the dealer to find out why there is a communication issue.
