Chrysler Repair: Window, chrysler 300m, glass run

I have a 99 Chrysler 300M and the driver door window, when closed has a gap, because the windows slightly moved forward when they are being brought up, I think its just I have to realign it on the trac, but I'm not really sure How to do that.

The glass run keeps the window on track.There is no forward and back adjustment.I suspect you have a broken lift plate.There are 2 of them at the bottom of the glass.They rust out and come apart then the window goes up crooked.There is a repair kit.But it is very scary because you have to pry off the remains from the glass and squeeze the new one on.
