Chrysler Repair: thermostat, chrysler lhs, bleeder valve

Question
I just got a new radiator, new fan, and new hoses.  I believe they put a new thermostat in too.  Just today I noticed that the temp of the car jumped dramatically when idling.  I also noticed that my fan was not turning on like it usually does.  It's a chrysler lhs 1996.  What do you think the problem is.  I thought that maybe a plug fell out to the fan or something of that sort.

Answer
It is possible that you may still have air in the cooling system. There is a bleeder valve on top of the t-stat housing.Get the car at operating temperature then shut it off an crack the bleeder until you get a solid stream of fluid. It may also bleed it self by being driven long enough. To make sure your fans run, turn your ac on.Then the fans should cycle. If they were unplugged you would get a check engine light.
