Chrysler Repair: 97 T&C code 12, rear windshield wiper, bottom buttons

My T&C was in storage as a result the battery was completely dead.  The AC, heat, rear windshield wiper and washer are not working.  The blower will work but the dial to change where the air blows will not work.  I believe the computer needs to be reset, but I do not know how to do that. Can you help?

I'm am also getting a squeaking noise from the belt, and when I apply a lubricant to the ribbed side of the belt it will go away.  I do not believe it is any of the components the belt is running that is causing the squeak, but believe the belt is loose.  How do I tighten the tension?

Put the fan on high,mix on defrost,blend on full heat.Push and hold the top and bottom buttons on the left until they start flashing.Then it go through a recalibration sequence.If there is still a problem then 2 lights will flash,if not, one will flash and pushing it will turn it off.
There is no adjustment for the belt tensioner.If you can move it and it springs back its ok.If not ,it needs replacement.
