Chrysler Repair: ATC heater blower stays on / control panel dead, LHS, amp fuse, self diagnosis

I have a 94 LHS 3.5 liter. The heater/AC control
panel display is not working and the blower runs
on high when the car is running.

Hi John,
I would check 10 amp fuse #6 under the dash, also maybe labelled F20; number 6 in the top row counting from the left. Verify there is voltage on both contacts even if it looks good because it might have a slight crack in it. That supplies the head unit with voltage to light the digital readout, assuming that you have the ATC type system. We have to get that readout to do any further self-diagnosis.
