Chrysler Repair: vibration from... harmonic balancer?, timing belt tensioner, air fuel ratio

Question
I have a 96 Chrysler LHS 3.5L.  I replaced the timing belt, water pump, and timing belt tensioner yesterday.  After reassembly and upon driving, code 52 came up, indicating vibration.  When I look at the main belts and their pulleys, the harmonic balancer looks as though it is wiggling, although the vibration damper bolt is tightened as much as possible.  Is there a particular way that the harmonic balancer is supposed to be reinstalled?  We did not see any indication of such... (other than in the correct direction :-) ).  I'm at a loss as to what I need to do, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you and have a great night!

Answer
Code 52  is related to air/fuel ratio according to a chrysler diagnostics service manual.  I would recomend having the "P" codes retrieved from say Advance or autozone and report back what you find.

The wobble is... SOMEWHAT normal but excessive can cause drive belt concerns.  The correct method normally involves a long bolt, cup, bearing and a pressing/driving action.

I'd be more concerned about timing throwing off valve timing, the vacuum line leading to the fuel pressure regulator, the other leading to the manifold tuning valve (don't quote me on that one), as well as all the other vacuum and emissions lines eliquently layed under the upper plenum.
