Instrument Panel doesn't light up, so you can't see how much fuel, mileage, speedometer.  Overhead console, stereo, wipers, all work fine.

Hi Kristy,
One other idea for you to try, a long shot. The ground wire, that provides the current a return path to the battery from the cluster, is attached to the body just in front of the right front door opening on the inside panel,  possibly hidden from view. If that ground connection were loose it would cause the dash to go out if the contact between the wire's grommet and the body was lost. So take a look to see if you can find a black wire attached by a screw just above a rectangular cut out in the kick panel which is what that area is called, near the floor and just in front of the door opening.
