Chrysler Repair: Car wont start, chrysler intrepid, fuse box

Question
Hi I have a 95 Chrysler Intrepid. One day I was driving and I smelt something burning so I got home and the car wouldn't start the next day I guess there was a green wire from the starter to the fuse box burnt. What do I need to change on it?

Answer
Hi Ray,
I am uncertain whether the starter motor is not working OR that it works but the engine won't catch and sustain an idle. So please clarify. Also I don't see a green wire to be associated with the starter motor, and does the wire go to the power distribution center under the hood or to the fuse box under the dash. So let me know where the wire runs between a little more clearly, please.
I have the wiring diagrams for the car, but need your help to get some advice back to you. Mention which engine is in the car, please.
