Chrysler Repair: Turn Signals, haynes manual, power distribution

Question
96 Chrylser T&C.  No turn signals (flasher/wiper function properly).  Tested for continuity on multifunction switch, continuity fine (pins 3,4 & 8.
Tested for voltages on connector to switch, no voltages on pins 3,4 & 8.  Replaced the Hazard Relay, still no turn signals, also checked all fuses.  Any thoughts.

Thanks, Greg

Answer
Hi Greg,
I only have the Haynes manual but here is what I see:
Do the parking lamps work? If not then check fuse 6 in the power distribution center under the hood.
If they work, then check the other fuses: 1, 3or4, 5or6 and look carefully for a crack in the internal wire of each fuse; check each fuse for continuity with an ohmmeter. Check for voltage at one side of each fuse socket with ignition "on". That is about the best I can offer without the Chrysler Shop Manual for a '96 or thereabout van. Let me know if you find something interesting from the above checks.
