Chrysler Repair: LHS 96 Cooling fan, powertrain control module, amp fuses

Question
I have a LHS 96, and I have the code 35 ( Cooling fan relay circuit open or shorted ) and it is always on as soon I turn the motor on and the relay for the A/C there is no 12 volt.

I don't have a wiring diagram of that circuit, do you have a idea where I can I get it ?

Answer
Hi Frank,
If you are telling me that the fans don't work, AND that the A/C clutch does not work, then I would begin by looking at all the large amp fuses in the power distribution center where the relays are located. There is likely to be one large (40?) amp fuse that provides current for both the fans and the a/c clutch. So if you find a fuse like that to be burned out that is the reason for your problem.
The electrical circuit is basically that one high amp fuse is connected to the battery and its current is sent to the fan relays and the A/C clutch relay and when the powertrain control module grounds one end of any one of those three relay's activation coils, then the relay will close and send power to whichever of the fans and clutch that it is seekeing to activate. The other end of the activation coils are attached to a single low (10?) amp fuse so if you also will look in the power distribution center at all the low (10?) amp fuses you might find one that is blown and that is another possible reason for your problem.
So check all the fuses in the power distribution center to see which if any are blown. If you replace a fuse and it blows again let me know which one it is and we can figure out why.
