Chrysler Repair: rear right signal light, chrysler new yorker, yorker landau

i already asked this question but i neglected the make and model i'm sorry.

"my right rear turn signal is out and i need to get it changed, now i looked and i'm basically confused on how i get in there to change it... thank you.";

it's a 1988 chrysler new yorker landau 3.0L

Hi Adam,
You get to the light bulbs by first removing the entire right side light assembly from the rear of the car. To do this, you open the trunk and locate a trim cover panel directly in front of the area where the light assembly is located. Remove that trim cover and you will then see 8 wing nuts that attach the light assembly to the panel. Remove those wing nuts and the assembly will be "free" for removal. Then you will be able to see where the light bulb holders are located; turn them counter-clockwise for removal, then pull out the bad bulb and put in a replacement. Reverse the procedure to install.
