Chrysler Repair: electrical, fuse block, circuit breakers

my buddy has a 1995 new yorker  WELL all of a sudden his light covers wont work and his electric seats and locks dont either we changed one bd relay and checked all the fuses but it is still not working!

Hi Brian,
I am going out on a limb on this one because I don't have the '95 wiring diagrams for the New Yorker, though I suspect the ones I have are still accurate. I believe that if you look at the relay block located above the fuse block in the passenger compartment you will see there 3 relays and 2 circuit breakers. Breaker #2 (the inner one) is the item that provides power to exactly the circuits that you described as not working. So reset that breaker and see if it holds. If it doesn't then we'll have to go about finding which of the three circuit involved is overdrawing the breaker and causing it to open.
