Chrysler Repair: 300M Stuck Down Window, chevy trucks, car company

HI, I have a 1999 300M and the passenger power window will move down only.  It will not move up at all.  What do you think can be the cause? Thank you, John

In the good old days that would be easy !!We would check for power and a ground at both sides of the switch,goen up
,then down.If all that was good we would move on to the
window motor and do the same.Thats all there was to it.
 However the car company designers and such thought that was just to many wires,so,they changed>>>>>.Who would have
come up with this?
 The 300m has less wire but,it does have something called
"a body computer".When you push the button for the window to move up or down,you are not closing a switch to provide
power,you are sending a "ohm" signal to the body computer.
Then,the computer sends the power.So,you have to go through
the computer to check it !!This is how they make the doors so easy to close on some cars !!When you open the door>the
window comes down about an inch,then when the door is closed
the window goes back up,something all chevy trucks need!!
With all that said,take it to the dealer and tell them to check it out for ya,It should take about 20 minutes.
