Classic/Antique Car Repair: dolly towing 64 corvair, diesel pusher, rear wheels

Question

tandem dolly have a tandem dolly so I can take a vehicle and motorcycle behind RV.my vehicle is a 1964 corvair with manual 4 speed. I know it can be flat towed but will it hurt anything if I put it in neutral with the front wheels up? If so is it safe to tow it rear wheels up? thanks,I have check everywhere for the info with no results.

You can tow it either way, but I would prefer to put the front wheels on the dolly. That way you do not have worry about tying off the steering wheel and it coming loose and the car swinging out. It is a good choice for a towed vehicle. We are traveling in the southeast for the winter with our Subaru riding a car trailer behind our Foretravel diesel pusher. Will we see you on the road?
