Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1964 impala, chevy impala, battery cables

Hello my name Lenny i own a 1964 Chevy impala.
I purchase 2 week ago it been set up but the guy same it ran few moth back went park in but now it don't.
I but a battery new in it and a starter but it try to turn over but very slow what could. Can help please thank you lenny

I'm not really sure what you are asking. If you think the starter is not cranking the engine fast enough, and you have a new battery and a new starter, the only other thing that could cause the cranking to be too slow is bad battery cables, or dirty connections on both ends of both battery cables.

If you fix all that and it still cranks really slow, there might be something wrong with the engine, or it has really thick oil in it. Sometimes when people are selling a car with a worn out engine, they put really thick oil in it to hide the noises - maybe that is what happened to your car.  Drain the oil and replace it with 30 weight oil if the oil looks thick or dirty on the dipstick.

Since you just bought the car, I think you should take it back to where you bought it and ask the seller to help you get it going.
