QuestionI have a 2000 chevy impala 3.4. When it is below 20 degrees outside none of my gauges work, including the radio. The alternator light and security lights come on and the cooling fan comes on and won't shut off. When car warms up all symptoms go away.
AnswerThis is the kind of car I love to work on. Unfortunately, it is hard to diagnose long distance.
I would persue the power cabling and re-crimp all connections. But logic (all you've got long distance) wants to say some sort of relay malfunction.

Also, remember.to seperate the possibilities. Fan may be seperate problem.
