Classic/Antique Car Repair: International truck, bolt holes, engine manifold

I have a 1968 international pickup 1100 series 1/2 ton I need an exhaust manifold I can't seem to find one. I was told they were interchangable with alot of ford parts. It has a 266 v-8 what ford engine manifold will fit that motor if any?

I don't claim to know everything about every vehicle, but I'd sure bet you a week's pay that this is bogus information.  I never have found a cast part from one engine manufacturer that will work on another brand.   The chance of all the bolt holes, the ports, and the mounting flange all lining up properly is VERY remote!
