leaking water from hole by the pully.can i plug it or will it flood into oil case

Hi Arnold,
You didn't mention which year/make/model/engine. But in general that weep hole is allowed to loose small amounts of fluid, but when it leaks significantly it means the seal is shot and you need to change it out soon. Plugging it is not the solution as I understand it.
