Hi Calvin,
OK, sorry for the misunderstanding.
The pin 1 orange/red goes to fuse 27 in the integrated power box via pin 9 of the number 2 plug of that box. Pin 2 dark green/dark blue goes to the two fan motors pins 1. pin 3 black/dark green goes to chassis ground. Pin 4 dark blue/violet goes to pin 1 of the same plug 2 at the power box, and then is routed to pin 73 of the pcm on a brown/violet wire. The plug 2 is 10-pin, and is green exterior/blue interior.
