When I turn ac the ac belt syart making a noise and overheats

It sounds to me like your AC compressor's bearings are binding up and won't turn so the belt slips as the result. Or the belt, if too loose might also slip when it tries to drive a normal compressor. So check the tension and see if that seems reasonable. If so then the compressor is probably faultly.
