Dodge Repair: Water in 98 Dodge PU headlight, headlight alignment, carquest auto parts

Question
QUESTION: 98 Dodge 1500(318) PU- RF headlight had water in it. I drilled small hole in casing and drained water. Now I need to get to housing to find the original leak and silicone it and also the hole I drilled. How do I get to the housing to remove it and/or find the original leak to fix it? Or do I even need to remove it to fix the leak?
Thank you,
LeRoy

QUESTION: I must not have explained the problem correctly. The metal housing costs over $100.00 from CarQuest Auto Parts. The mechanic who I usually take my
vehicles to told me over the phone that he drills a small hole in the housing (which I did) and that lets the water drain out. Then find out where the water is getting in and silicone it. (After the housing has all the moisture out of it). It's way cheaper for me to use some silicone on it than spend over a hundred bucks on a new one.
All I really wanted to know was how to get to the housing to fix it.
How many bolts and where are they? I don't want to mess up the headlight alignment.
Thanks again,
LeRoy

Answer
There are two more bolts under the headlight assembly behind the bumper that need to removed to get the headlamp assembly out. You will also need to remove parking/turn signal lamp assembly prior to removing the headlamp assembly.

PS I don't recall answering this question previously. Perhaps you asked it of another expert and they misunderstood the question.
