Dodge Repair: 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Front Bumper, dodge grand caravan, 2006 dodge grand caravan

Question
I have a cracked front bumper cover (the one with foglights) on my 2006 Grand Caravan SXT.  I've purchased and painted the replacement, so now it's just a matter of swapping the old out for the new.  Most of the fasteners are easily accessible, except for the ones that run along the top of the cover just forward of the front wheels.  This line is below and behind the headlights, so their removal does not grant me access.  From what I've seen, they look to be blocked from below as well unless there's more dis-assembly than I originally anticipated.  What else do I have to take out?  Thank you in advance.
