Dodge Repair: 98 neon no charge, ground trace, orange wire

My 98 neon doesnt charge,battery lights on. Had the alt. tested,was bad.Replaced with a reman.Still doesnt charge.When running,only have power to 1 field. Checked wiring visibly everything seems good.DO you suspect an ecm problem? Also,can I jump the fields to make sure the alt.is working without frying it?

dark green/orange wire should have power on it when the engine is running
dark green wire should have a ground from the pcm.   If u dont have a ground trace that wire all the way back to the PCM if U get to the pcm and find no broken wire   then PCM.
