Dodge Repair: changing headlamp bulb on my 1999 plymouth voyager expresso, halogen bulbs, plymouth voyager

how do you change it.  It makes it sound so easy in the book but everything is in the way

HEADLAMP BULB - EXCEPT TOWN AND COUNTRY
REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.
From behind radiator closure panel, disconnect wire connector from back of headlamp bulb base.
Rotate headlamp bulb retaining ring counterclockwise.
Remove retaining ring from headlamp Headlamp Bulb
Pull headlamp bulb from back of headlamp
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Do not touch the glass of halogen bulbs with fingers or other possibly oily surface, reduced bulb life will result.

From behind radiator closure panel, insert headlamp bulb into back of headlamp.
Engage retaining ring onto headlamp Headlamp Bulb
Rotate headlamp bulb retaining ring clockwise.
Connect wire connector into headlamp bulb base.
