Dodge Repair: 1997 dodge grand carvan brake, rear brakes, carvan

Question
my question is i bought my van brand new of the truck and i have this van for about 10 years so i know when something is not right. so i took the van to dealer and told them that theres something wrong with the break and after test drive there answer was nothing wrong with break. so for second opinion i took it to midas lucky for me the guy who test drove the van has the same van so he knew the problem and we replace every thing (pads rotor drums)still my break is not the same as when i got the van first. and the dealer says the same thing again nothing is wrong. but my rear break is not working 100% the respond time is to long. i have rear ended one person already. can you help me to get this problem fix.

thank you

Answer
U know 70% of your braking is done in the front and 30 in the rear  so if u had that bad of an issue with the rear brakes  the front will more then take over the stopping. WHy dont u tell me what u feel in the braking  telling me that they dont work or car broke  does not do much for me  remember  I can only tell u something  if u give me full description   I am not there to see it first hand  nor have i driven the van.
