Dodge Repair: 1999 Dodge ram 1500 & its heating system, dodge ram 1500, heater hoses

I am suddenly getting no heat.  The heater is on, you can hear the door mixer open and close when contol is moved from hot to cold or cold to hot.  The AC works great little cool in November.  Hose is hot going into water pump and cooler back into radiator, heater hoses seem to both be quite warm.  I think maybe the thermostat is stuck in closed position or something wrong with the heater control valve??  I had work done on the door mixer this past July when after I kept hearing clunk shut going up a hill. It works fine now no clunk. I just had a water pump go bad which was fixed about 1.5 months (they did not change out the thermostat). It works great as well.  An more info needed just ask.

its possible that the door they fixed  infact did not fix  but make it so only cold comes out  knowing that u wont need heat until winter time..  Or did u have heat until just a few days ago? The heater hoses should be the same temp as any other hose on the coolant system.
