Dodge Repair: water outlet housing, upper intake manifold, manifold installation

Question
I have a dodge intrepid 2002 v-6 2.7l. My question when replacing the water outlet housing, what is the torque spec for this part. Also how dou you blled the system.

INSTALLATION
Clean sealing surfaces. Inspect gaskets for tears and cuts. Replace as necessary.
Install outlet connector and tighten bolts to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.) (Coolant Outlet Connector - 2.7L).
Inspect and replace heater supply tube O-ring as necessary.
Lubricate O-ring and insert heater tube assembly into outlet connector. Tighten screws to 3 N·m (30 in. lbs.).
Install upper intake manifold (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - INSTALLATION).
Fill cooling system (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE
