Dodge Repair: 98 stratus es starter fuse fuel pump, fuel pump, warning lights

Question
QUESTION: I have a 98 stratus ES. About 1 month ago, the car wouldn't start. Took it to the dealership and they replaced the starter and fuse. 3 weeks later, the same thing happened. They thought it was a faulty starter and replaced it again along with the fuse. Less than two weeks later, the same thing happened. It blew the fuse. They say it could be two options. Either another bad starter or that the fuel pump is pulling too many amps, causing the fuse to blow. No warning lights have come on. They are not sure what is causing it because they can't trigger it to blow again while it is in the shop. Is it the fuel pump? What else could cause this?

ANSWER: depends on which fuse they replaced if u can tell me which one and what amp it is  I can look at the wire diagram and give a better idea.I live in Atlanta I could take a look at it for u.

QUESTION: It was the 20 Amp (green/yellow color).  It controls the starter, ignition switch, and the fuel pump.  I don't live in Atlanta, but thanks for offering to look at it.

Answer
ooo u got a fun one  yeah it goes to the starter, fuel pump ign switch and from the switch it will branch off into 3 other ckts. I could be a part  or a wire issue  and this one will take some time to trace it down. When does it happen  after driving for awhile or when?
