Dodge Repair: 2000 dodge ram diesel dually, haynes manual, ram diesel

Question
My 2000 4x4 suddenly quit starting a few days ago. It won't turn the engine, though the relay clicks in the power distribution center. If I bypass the relay and jump +12v to the solenoid contact, it starts up OK.
I checked the relay socket in the power conditioning center and I'm not getting +12v at contact 30.
I'm using the Haynes manual and it is general for years 1994 thru 2001. The circuit diagram in the manual shows a 40A fuse supplying contact 30, but there is no fuse marked like that on my truck.
All the other 40A fuses (4) check out fine.
So I have two questions:
Where the heck is that fuse located, and is there a better manual, or at least wiring diagrams, available for this model ?

Many thanks

Answer
if u jumped the ckt in the relay  then its not the 40 amp thats blown  and u don't have a 40 amp  in a diesel ne way  only gas. Ne way  u jumped the relay  u already had the 12 volts for the power there  look for the 20 amp starter control side fuse D. The only other fuse for the starter is the big 140 amp for the generator.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
